4 to 6 chicken breasts
4 cups cornflakes
1 stick butter
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Oil a cassarole dish large enough to hold the number of chicken breasts you are preparing.
Place the cornflakes in a gallon sealable bag and smash to bits.
Place the butter in a bowl, cover in the cajun seasoning, and melt in a microwave.
Dip the chicken breasts in the butter, then the cornflakes, then place in the casserole dish.
Cover with the excess cornflakes.
Pour the remaining butter and seasoning on top of the cornflakes.
Bake for 50 minutes to one hour, until done.
